🙋♀️Daily Hydration Tips …
Drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. Use this as your baseline goal.
Set specific water-drinking goals for different parts of your day. (Consider using a water-tracking app or setting reminders on your phone).
Drink 4-8oz (to start) first thing in the morning (before anything else).
LOVE the cup you are drinking from (straws also help).
🤓 Facts…
“For some people, drinking too much sparkling water can induce gas and bloating, making them uncomfortable. Patients with acid reflux, gastroesophgeal reflux disease (GERD), or gas who are drinking mostly carbonated water should switch to non-carbonated beverages, like plain water.”
