We are very excited to launch our very first White Zinfandel! When I first saw that we were producing a White Zinfandel, I didn't know what to expect! I remember growing up, a bottle of cheap, neon pink White Zin would last in the fridge for months. However, when I saw and tasted our White Zin for the first time - I knew this was not the White Zin of my memories. This ruby red, juicy, flavorful, balanced White Zin isn't sticky sweet and has beautiful acidity and richness. Scout & Cellar White Zinfandel definitely changes the story on the possibility of this nostalgic wine as it highlights the fresh and vibrant berry, cherry flavors of Zin and makes this new, distinctive wine one you must try! It also pairs incredibly with very flavorful foods such as New Orleans gumbo, Indian Curry and spicy Szechuan Chicken. 🌸 Gone are the hot pink white zinfandels of the 1980s - a new pink is here!
