This is my favorite dip, full of healthy fats and clean ingredients.

  • Smash organic avocados (or put in food processor for whip)

  • Add Celtic sea salt, cayenne, add jalapeño for 💥 (I keep it simple).

  • Squeeze lemon (or I love adding YL Vitality Lime EO)

  • Top with pumpkin seeds
