👀This was a big eye opener for me when I got sick with a breast infection 2 years ago. Start from the root of the problem when sickness is present. And now it is just part of my daily supplement routine (favorite way is my hydration drink, I will share that recipe).

🤓What does ionic mean? Basically, ionic minerals are the most fully and quickly absorbed form of minerals available.
