This recipe has been on my list forever to make, and it was so easy! I love healthy snacks for fast recovery (post run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ) or on the go grab.

1 cup protein powder

(I used YL Power meal bc of my sensitive stomach). Purchase here referral 2030189 https://www.youngliving.com/us/en/referral/2030189

1 cup flax

(I used tart cherries, coconut chips instead).

1 cup honey

(I did half honey and half pumpkin purรฉe).

1 cup peanut butter

2 cups oatmeal

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

No bake / refrigerate

I will probably change this up every time, love the versatility.
