✨ #1 Question on my client forms (and anytime I teach skincare or makeup).

👉 How much water do you drink?

This is a key health question we need to be talking about (from skin care to joint care). So many problems are linked back to inadequate amounts of water.

👉 Let’s start simple. Figure out half your body weight in ounces = how much water you need to intake daily (minimum). 🤓Tip...your urine should be a light, straw yellow (not translucent and no smell).

👉 If you have inflammation at all or extra phlegm, skip the ice (sorry).

👉 Don’t trust plastic bottles of water and carbonated water does not count towards hydration.

🍋 Adding Lemon is fantastic for flavoring and PH balancing.
