The Role of emotions in health
🤓 The Role of emotions in health is a favorite subject of mine. So let’s get our nerd on.
👉 Did you know 20.6% of U.S. adults experienced mental illness in 2019 (51.5 million people). This represents 1 in 5 adults?
👉Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among people aged 10-34
🤔 Is this not a pandemic? Is this not worth reporting and talking about? How many of these people are on medications that are causing mental illness? And how many of these could we help if we worked on the root of emotions?
I love looking at the physical problems going on in the body and linking emotional roots and helping release those and seeing healing.
✨ In October I got really sick with a breast infection and looking at some root emotions that can cause (cysts, lumps, soreness) include, a refusal to nourish the self. Putting everyone else first. Overmothering. Overprotection. Overbearing attitudes. 🤯 let’s just stamp my name on this. 🙋♀️ I know several women in 2020-2021 that have also walked through some of the same symptoms and fall into these emotional categories. When we look at the role that women go into action during stress, this is spot on.
❤️ Anybody else’s mind blown right now by this info? 🤯 let’s talk, I have more for you.
xoxo 😘
