Hope
Preparing a talk on my “Top 5 Business Tips” to share with business women. My first thought is “I don’t feel like anything is helping right now. But I will pray for Gods wisdom.” Then this came together, and it opened my eyes and my heart to realize exactly where I needed to be for this talk. Vulnerable.
Oil used: Hope EO
Affirmation: “I allow myself to be real”
This blend can help with moving forward in life. Hopelessness can cause a loss of vision, goals, and dreams. This blend helps you to reconnect with a feeling of strength and grounding, restoring hope for tomorrow. When you know the science between essential oils and the brain, you understand how this works (that’s another blog post).
The scripture for this was Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
5 Business Tips
Prayers:
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Community:
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on towards love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging on another.” Hebrews 10:24-25
Love the Products:
Whatever you are apart of, whether its a product based company or a company with a mission, your passion and loyalty for that company should be all in. Empower yourself, educate yourself, be so passionate that it gets you in trouble. (Lol, guilty).
Be You:
There are no substitutes to you at your vulnerable, healthy, real self. Be that person! Stop trying to imitate others. “Comparison is the death of joy, and the only person you need to be better than is the one you were yesterday.” Rachael Hollis
Self Improvement:
I love reading, quotes, affirmations, podcasts, whatever it is that fuels you, do it.
“Maybe the hardest part of life is just having the courage to try.” Rachael Hollis
“Your dream is worth fighting for, and while you’re not in control of what life throws at you, you are in control of the fight.” Rachael Hollis
“Someone else’s opinion of you is none of your business.” Rachael Hollis
“When we have the courage to walk into our story and own it, we get to write the ending. And when we don’t own our stories of failure, setback, and hurt, they own us.” Brene Brown
Question - Are you going to walk in courage, or let life own you?
