Let’s talk Lavender

✨This oil is such a big part of my story the last 9.5 years. I do not leave the house without it, I have it in all the rooms of my house, its uses are in the 100s. Daily I am Thankful to breathe this oil 👃, to put a drop (or 4) under my tongue 👅, to apply it all over my face in the mornings, this is just a few ways I use my BFF.

🔍 A recent randomized, controlled clinical trial found that inhalation of lavender essential oil reduced pain and anxiety related to a dental visit in women. Heart rate, systolic blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation were also improved.

👃It is the oil I grabbed when my body went into fight-or-flight response Shaking/trembling, which comes from the limbic brain (the part of the brain that holds emotions).
