Cranberry Sauce recipe

homemade Cranberry Sauce...

Ingredients:

- 3/4 Ningxia Red

- 1/2C Maple Syrup

- 12-16oz whole cranberries (fresh or frozen)

- Optional: 1/2 C toasted walnuts

- Vitality essential oils: Orange, Lemon and Lime.

Boil Ningxia Red with maple syrup. Add cranberries. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. They will pop and explode so keep a lid on and gather the kids to watch and inhale the scrumptious aroma!

Cool the sauce and then add 3️⃣ drops each of Young Living ORANGE, LEMON and LIME vitality essential oils (100% safe for consumption). Chill in a glass container until ready to serve. Add toasted walnuts if desired.

Store in glass, stainless steel or stoneware as citrus oils break down the toxins in plastic. A win for your body, but not for your Tupperware. 😂
