Detox Tips post π

When you canβt sleep because you want to message all your friends who have recently gotten π (this has nothing to do with my feelings and no judgement, this is to help you). Really, this is for if you have ever had a π but very important if you have recently, due to the fact that they are in trial studies until around 2023 π’.
π PLEASE DETOX!!!!! Even if you had no symptoms after. You need to target the Liver, Lymphβs (under armpits), and women the breast (especially the side of trauma).
β¨ Here are some simple tipsβ¨
π Detox Baths using hot water, epsom salt, baking soda (you can also use ACV or Bentonite Clay). Soak 20mins, 2-3x a week. If oily add oils like Ledum, lemongrass, Juniper, or Juva Cleanse.
π Increase water intake with Lemon Juice (no ice, half your body weight in oz minimum, urine should be light straw color and no odor).
πSkin Brushing this removes dead skin and stimulates the lymph system.
πSweating is good (exercise/movement, sauna) the goal is to sweat.
πUp your supplements like probiotics, Vit C, Bβs, Milk Thistle, and Omegas.
