This wine is made with the Glera grape and comes from the hillsides of Northern Italy. Why is Glera so meaningful in Italian wine production? Because it is the grape used in the production of Prosecco! Our Bubbly Bianco utilizes grapes that do not all fall within the borders to call it Prosecco, which actually gives our winemakers more flexibility to make the best Clean-Crafted Bubbly possible. We also get to control the addition of the bubbles so that the final product is a soft, creamy and light fizz that adds to the silky, peach and yellow apple flavor of this tasty wine.”
