❓What is a health habit that made a huge difference in your life that you keep up? A habitual practice?

🙋‍♀️My answer… “so many”…doing the exercise I ShowUp for and love (endurance running), thinking outside the box (and not apologizing for it), no diets (eating healthy and allowing myself to enjoy food and have a balance and moderation), sleep (breaking insomniac patterns), Getting fragrance and chemicals out of our house. Being Proactive in my health and not reactive. My list could go on!
