😎 Thankful that my office looked like this today.

🌞 Sunshine is medicine (on an emotional and physical level).

👉 I was still able answer questions on health and send protocols.

👉 Continued my research on Respiratory and gut connections, which include herbal suppositories 🤯 that info launches soon and will blow you away 🤓.

👉 continued plans for tomorrow’s in-person Wellness Meeting and community gathering. So excited for our “campfire talk”.

🥂 And enjoyed a glass of clean crafted wine and my book club book.

🙏Thankful to love what I do and that I am able to do it from anywhere.
