My endurance training

✨My endurance training started back in 2007 after a serious injury in 2006. I was not born an athlete, I have never been the fastest 🏃‍♀️ or strongest 💪, I don’t do it to win medals 🥇, I don’t do it because it’s easy for me… this is what I wrote 7 years ago “Sorry but this whole "injured" thing #sucks :(...#onlyday7!” I was talking about my broken foot. All I wanted was to be out of pain and be able to run and train again. Why? Because it is my Lifestyle! Wherever you are at today, get up, move your body, get sunshine, and sweat. If we taught more about movement and exercise, this world would be SO MUCH HEALTHIER. It’s not about perfection or even being good at it, it’s about showing up and the determination to be healthier. 🙋‍♀️ sign me up for that!
