Really this picture is all about the aesthetics of when the book cover matches your outfit and decor 🤣 but let’s add a little review for fun.

🤓 The reason for my thumbs down review was not because of the writing or the book itself, it was more of my mindset not being able to read this book. If you want to read a Historical Fiction on the Spanish Flu (yet written during the current pandemic), that feels very familiar to what we have lived in for the last two years, heartbreak, cruel people, and just depressing, this is the book for you.

The majority of our book club liked this book, I just could not finish it or give my energy to it.
So for today, I give it a 👎.
